Director Profiles

Michael Anderson - Managing Director:  Michael is founder and principal of ShiftReload. He has been running the company for 8 years and has begun the transformation from boutique web-hosting and internet services provider to IP Services Factory. Michael is an Internet communications pioneer, who over the past 14 years has used his worldwide experience to bring large corporations (American Express, HSBC, NRMA, Bank of America) into the IP world as a specialist consultant analyst.

Simon Rodgers - Director (Operations): Simon is an expert in Customer Satisfaction systems, having architected and overseen the rollout of some of the most significant call centres in Australia. Simon brings with him the skills to integrate customer self service, customer relationship management, support and accountability/billing to the ShiftReload organization.

Mike Silvey - Director (Business Development & Marketing): Mike has a repeated track record in the marketing and business development enablement of startup technology companies - having co-founded publicly quoted companies: Micromuse (NASDAQ:MUSE recently acquired by IBM) and Riversoft (LSE:RSFT subsequently acquired by HP), and the privately held Dexterra (www.dexterra.com funded by Sigma Capital). Additionally Mike helped found and establish a successful subsidiary in the IP NGOSS market for Capgemini in Europe.
