Before opening a support ticket, please make sure you
have read any support articles in this site, to avoid rework.
When you create a support ticket, you will receive an
email to the nominated address with a link that you can follow to login and view
any tickets lodged under that email address. Through this link you have the
ability to make additional comments to the tickets you have created. (Handy if
you need to include further details)
Please be very descriptive in your ticket, please
address each field to provide the support rep with as much information as
possible. If for example, your ADSL is not working, tell us what lights are on
your modem, and whether they are flashing constantly/intermittently, when was
the last time it was working, what time did it stop, have you made any changes
to your setup/configuration.
Support reps are contacted when a ticket is placed in
the system, you will be emailed when any responses are posted.
