Dear Shiftreload Customer,
You may have experienced an outage on your hosting and/or email services this morning. This was due to a problem with an auto-renew function of the dns zone “shiftreload.com.au”. As many of your domain names are delegated to our primary and secondary DNS servers which end in “shiftreload.com.au”, this unfortunately affected you.
We have fixed the problem, however, we recommend that you update your Domain Registration details with the following name servers to prevent an issue like this from occurring again:
Primary Name Server: dns1.shiftreload.com.au
Secondary Name Server: dns3.shiftreload.com (note, the .au is removed)
This will ensure you have two paths of redundancy for your site, both geographically and through DNS zone diversity.
